OK, WHERE ARE THE FRIGGING NOTES?

Rick Perlstein received some criticism for putting the notes to The Invisible Bridge online and I didn't think it was justified,  Now, I have changed my mind because the site (http://www.rickperlstein.net/the-invisible-bridge/source-notes/) that contained the notes has expired:

UPDATE: I sent a note to Rick on his FB home page & he replied that he's working on this problem.
