Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush spoke at the Americans for Peace, Prosperity and Security forum at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He discussed national security issues, including the rise of Islamic State, Iraq and torture. He praised his brother, former President George W. Bush, saying, “I’m proud of what he did to create a secure environment for our country.”
