JEB BUSH & MEDICARE

I've read that Jeb has raised the most money of all the GOP candidates so this statement about Medicare amounts to throwing that all down the drain:
But that we need to figure out a way to phase out this program for others and move to a new system that allows them to have something – because they’re not going to have anything.”
Bush later tried to soften his critique but he didn't manage to sound convincing.

I "MISUNDERESTIMATED" THE GOP'S BASE

Despite snarking Sen. McCain, The Donald remains popular with conservatives according to the latest PPP poll.  Trump was probably helped by some FOX News clowns, including Hannity, and Fats Limbaugh.

NON-PROFIT CERTAINLY DOESN'T MEAN NON-STUPID

Last March, the National Review half-accepted the verdict of the Free Market Fairy and became officially a non-profit.  Since then, it has managed to claim that Bernie Sanders is really a Nazi and that there's no difference between Pres. Obama and The Donald.

BE A REAL AMERICAN...

donate to The Donald's campaign so we can have a lot more stuff like this.

I WAS WONDERING WHY WINDOWS 8.1 TOOK SO LONG TO BOOT TODAY

I think CNET has the answer:
Microsoft rushes emergency security fix for Windows

The software maker patches a security hole that lets hackers take control of any Windows machine, including ones running Windows 10.

Microsoft on Monday issued an emergency fix for all supported versions of its Windows operating system, plugging a hole that essentially allowed hackers unfettered access to victims' computers. ... The flaw affects all users of Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1 and Windows RT, representing two out of every three of the 1.5 billion PCs running Windows around the world.

WHAT'S THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CHATTANOOGA SHOOTER?

The initial reports I came across were more or less variants of this:
Brizada, a Chattanooga resident, was shaken and holding back tears as he spoke to CNN, saying his friend was "the coolest guy" who "was always so positive about people."

"Whatever caused this to happen, it's not him, it's not normal. That's not how he is," Brizada said.
The AP has a significantly different version:
A man who shot and killed five service members in Tennessee suffered from depression since his early teen years and battled drug and alcohol abuse, spending time in Jordan last year to help clean himself up, a family spokesman said Sunday.

The representative, who spoke on condition of anonymity to avoid unwanted publicity, said relatives of 24-year-old Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez believed those personal struggles were at the heart of last week's attack on a pair of military sites in Chattanooga.
