I'VE BEEN HOPING FOR A RADIO GASBAG FOOD FIGHT FOR YEARS

The only one that I know happened was between Michael Savage and Mark Levin but maybe this statement by Glenn Beck about The Donald's media supporters will incite a really big fight:
Here’s what Beck, however, doesn’t understand.
“He is part of the problem when he by his own admission, buys politicians; he said he identifies his “policies more as a democrat”; he makes President Obama look truly humble; he was very pro abortion until very recently; he still says ‘don’t defund planned parenthood’; he is pro ‘assault weapon ban’; he is in favor of a wealth tax that would just ‘take money out of people’s bank accounts’; he is for boots on the ground in Iraq and ‘taking the oil’ from the Iraqi people; he is a progressive ‘republican’; he says single payer health care works; he said he would give people more than just Obama care; the First Lady would be the first to have posed nude in lesbian porno shots; he said that he keeps all the bibles he is given in a “special place” out side the city – and he only goes to church on Christmas and Easter; he is generally not a likable guy; he has around 16% favorability with Hispanics and he has gone bankrupt 4 times,” he wrote.
Beck then asked, “Why are big name “conservatives” supporting him?” He listed Fox News host Sean Hannity, author Ann Coulter and radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh as examples.

THE DONALD STATES A TRUE FACT...

so that punk Rand Paul attacks him.   The issue is how the economy does under Dem vs GOP Presidents and the WaPo points out that since WW II, Dems are the clear winners.   Here are a few charts:

AVERAGE RATE OF GROWTH

INCOME GROWTH BY PERCENTILE

THIS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY JEB BUSH

This should hurt him even with the GOP primary voters.
Jeb Bush: Taking Out Saddam Turned Out to Be a Pretty Good Deal
Aug 13, 2015 2:05 PM MST
Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush spoke at the Americans for Peace, Prosperity and Security forum at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He discussed national security issues, including the rise of Islamic State, Iraq and torture. He praised his brother, former President George W. Bush, saying, “I’m proud of what he did to create a secure environment for our country.”

FATS LIMBAUGH CONTINUES TO CIRCLE THE DRAIN

Losing an station in a deep red state and one of his original stations can only mean that Limbaugh's days on terrestial radio are dwindling.

Sierra Vista, Arizona, is just a few miles north of the Mexican border and its local talk radio station is changing format because Fats Limbaugh has poisoned the format:
No more talk radio at local station

Cherry Creek Radio Operations Manager, Grady Butler, said that the reason for dropping the station’s talk radio format was financial.

“We could not get advertisers to back the format,” Grady said. “So Cherry Creek Radio made the call to do something different.”

According to Butler, advertisers were not comfortable sharing their products on the radio station talk format.

“Advertisers deemed some of our talk radio programs as too controversial, so we had trouble getting ads to back the format,” he said.
Media Matters notes that one of Limbaugh's original stations is dropping him:
Bad For Business: Rush Limbaugh Dropped By One Of His "Original" Affiliates
California's KOWL Says Radio Host Has Become "Toxic" To Advertisers
Blog ››› August 11, 2015 2:04 PM EDT ››› ANGELO CARUSONE

California's KOWL has dropped Rush Limbaugh's radio show from its lineup. Describing the station as "one of the original Rush Limbaugh affiliates," the announcement release emphasized that the decision was based exclusively on "economic reasons," citing Limbaugh's "toxic brand."

The release elaborated on the economic reasons: "And now the free market has spoken. Rush has repelled local, regional, and national advertisers from KOWL costing the stations [sic] thousands of dollars in advertisers." It went on to state that "advertisers would rather just avoid the whole station then [sic] take the risk of being associated with Rush's increasingly toxic brand."

BRISTOL PALIN PIPES UP

I claimed below that Erick Erickson has no business criticizing anyone for being sexist and Bristol pretty much agrees:
Bristol Palin: Erickson Wasn't Worried About Sexism When It Came To My Mom

Talking Points Memo

On Monday, Bristol Palin published a blog post that torched Erickson for saying “decency” is a line politicians and “blunt talkers” alike shouldn't cross. She pointed to the time that Erickson published a “demeaning” fake photo of her mother, former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, which depicted her in a revealing Santa Claus outfit. The younger Palin also noted that Erickson appeared to cheer for Trump when the billionaire took a sexist shot at actress Rosie O'Donnell during last week's debate.

Fox and Erickson need to get off their high horse on how outraged they are NOW about sexism and decency,Bristol Palin wrote. “I used this blog to point out how liberals use the ‘outrage industry’ to manipulate people and keep their power. Now Republicans are just as bad.”

I MISSED THIS

I'm listening to the Mike Malloy Show right now and he's discussing how two Black activists have been terribly unfair to Bernie Sanders.  According to PoliticsUSA, the people who disrupted Sanders at a Seattle event are not affiliated with Black Lives Matter and have a more extreme agenda:
The Democrats hope the Black Lives Matter movement, like the Occupy Wall Street movement, will disappear amid the hype of the coming election season. “The Democrats have mounted a systematic cooption-repression response that will intensify as the election season – and Black cities – heat up.” The Democrats understand that, for the movement to succeed, their party’s power over Black America must be broken.

THE DONALD & THE RADIO GASBAGS

I've read the transcript and heard the audio of Trump's bleeding remarks and I'm not sure if he was or wasn't suggesting that Kelly asked him unfair questions because she was having a menstrual period so I'm personally inclined to just move on.

That uncertainty didn't stop others from adopting clear positions, according to Mediaite:
One of subplots to come out of Thursday night (of many) is the new war between Trump and Fox News: Trump supporters and AM radio from Limbaugh to Levin think Kelly was out of line. Fox (outside of Todd Starnes, at least publicly) and some GOP candidates (such as Thursday winner Carly Fiorina) are in Kelly’s corner. Get more popcorn ready…
