No, it's not the 10 Commandments, it's Dachau, at least according to see-dubya at Malkin's place:

I’ve got a former psych nurse at Gitmo who was there that says that’s BS, by the way (see the update). I tend to trust him over a hunger-striking Al-Jazeera enemy combatant. More at this comment.
