His "farewell" TV speech was filled with lies and distortions. He takes credit for the Department of Homeland Security despite initially opposing it as a cabinet-level agency. He claims that Iraq is a friend of America without noting it is also a friend of Iran and an enemy of Israel. Finally, the man who ordered prisoners to be tortured had the gall to speak of America's "moral clarity."
