PROFOUNDLY WRONG

but still getting air time. That description could apply to a lot of neo-cons but here I want to single out Bill Kristol because he has been so wrong, so often. Anonymous Liberal found this quote from Kristol in April 2006:
What was striking, following the mosque bombing, was the evidence of Iraq's underlying stability in the face of attempts to undermine it. The country's vital institutions seem to have grown strong enough to withstand even the provocation of the bombing of the golden mosque.

2006 was the worst year of the Iraq War for civilians and 2007 wasn't much better. The real problem is that people like Kristol still get attention from the MSM and that makes it possible for crazier people like Glenn Beck get on the air.
