I've tried engaging a few of them on this POLITICO thread and I am still amazed at their "epistemic closure."

Ken Hoop said...: Last nite, besides confusing Sunni and Shia, Obama and Osama, Bill Cunningham admitted he had unwisely supported the Iraq War which he now is saying was an unwinnable boondoogle. Except when he tries to cover his bases with the ignoramusses who were with him the first time and says as he did also, "the Pentagon and liberals won't let the troops win."

But the worst lie he told last nite was that although he had supported the war he was no different than the rest of Americans, because "Bush had the full support" of the people and the Congress."

"The resolution was approved by the Senate early today on a vote of 77-23. Thursday, the
House approved it 296-133."

This is not "full support, Billy.
And it makes the fact more egregious that you berated war opponents for eight years as
Surrendercrats and "anti-semites" if they blamed the Zionist Lobby for the false intelligence (as did Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan.)
