It has filed suit against the Obama administration over the NSA's massive data collection programs. I wonder if Mark Levin's "legal foundation" or any other wingnut legal group will join the suit?
UPDATE: Several conservative groups have signed EFF's petition to Congress, among them are the Competitive Enterprise Institute and FreedomWorks.
