Mine is a chatroom TOS which I received during the Terri Schiavo travesty. Here's what I did wrong:
On 03/20/05 14:35:52 Eastern the SMPJ screen name violated the TOS in the In the Headlines 5 chat room. The following is an excerpt from the chat room discussion:

When creating an AOL account, all members agree to abide by America Online`s TOS. These guidelines prohibit vulgar language, sexually explicit images, harassment, discussion of illegal activities, and/or other activities that may impair the enjoyment of our members.
According to the AOL woman I spoke with, my statements constituted harassment. I pointed out to her that the reason I repeated the first statement was because I wasn't sure if CHERRIE had read it.

I was hacked - badly enough to need a reformatting....a week later, same thing(together about 12,000 mails)...two days later was knocked off-line for sending 500 plus emails to groups and lists which I have done for years...today April 10, 2005 I'm running a virus scan and get knocked off for bulk mailing to over 1000 addys. I have now been warned that I am on a six-month probation even though AOL let these hackers in and pretend they don;t know who they are - how could Olicana555 send 1000 mails when on line doing a virus check? Obviously they are doing whatever they can to get rid of me. Don't like my posts and don't like my comments in Chat Rooms.
I WAS GIVEN A PENALTY BECUSE SOME ONE COMPLAINED ABOUT MY STATEMENT IN THE CHATS:

aol tos is to wimpy they dont want anybody to get their feelings hurt hell aol wants u to abide to those rules why should we most of us are paying 25 bucks a month to be hacked scammed reported to tos because they THINK we did something hell all i did was complain to the chat room dude asking him Y? then i asked if anybody wanted music then im me they said i couldnt take chats out side of the room i told them to go to www.???.org to get music and stuff currently i was kicked out of aol entirley because i told 1 person about it and how did they know ??? plz continue to complain about aol tos maybe thry want be such a baby. as of 3:13 6-25-05

Sometimes I wonder if most on AOL chat room are AOL workers not giving a crap about anything and zapping people left and right... Way to go AOL.... You can send warnings but make this cyber land where you will not even debate or ask question or review the real picute... WOW.. talk about the first amendment.. I never read that it went only one way!!!!!!!!! AOL way!!!!!!!

AOL claims I violated the TOS agreement for spamming and cut me off. I lost my contact lists, I lost orders for my photography business. I wrote to Dulles VA like the Indian customer service rep suggested, but no reply after 2months....
I received a imail on AOL letterhead saying I was in a chat room. My screen name has upper and lower case letter so I knew someone was messing around, so I was about to contact TOS when my computer went black and I could not get the virus off. All I want is my contact list and the mail AOL kept. I cant get them to help in any way. Should be illegal to treat people this way. I am sick of internet virus and stupid customer service departments
you think u have problems go to cristo amistad spanish chat room . its a war zone every day , when some of us complain to aol mothing is done , so when these gi janes that are always fighting , cursing using 4 letter words and trowing at some of us the most hineous of insults we are supposed to put them in ignore while the rest of the chat room laugh at us while we are being insulted , and when we say something that they dont like because we get tire of the insult , they send us to tos , and tos send us letters saying someone complain about us . when for all intend and purpose we are angels compare to what goes on in that chat room ..tos should check at the culprit, and do something about it .. i have beeen with aol about 7 year and in those seven years i have try to be the best i can be and anyone in my chat room knows thats true , it gets me mad when tos does'nt do a better job to get to the button of all these problems and blames the ones that are trying to bring peace to the chat rooms ... ,
