RADIO TIDBITS

This AM, I heard Laura Ingraham state in her typical exasperated tone that the stock market has been flat for 5 years. I was surprised to hear this tidbit of truth from one of the radio whores but I guess the facts are finally getting through to enough people so the usual BS won't fly anymore.

Janet Parshall also urged a caller not to get despondent about the SC Kentucky ruling and this may be a sign that the religious wingnuts are losing faith in the political process. I think this could be great news. If enough of them get turned off to politics then the Republicans will lose a very important part of their base.

Finally, William J. "Slots" Bennett closed his show by reading a letter from an officer who claims that we have to support the Bush war in order to support the troops. I would've called to rebut this nonsense but there wasn't enough time left.
