Last night I listened to a bit of The Jerry Doyle Show and was suprised to hear an elderly caller complain about, yes, Clinton. Apparently, she believes that Clinton's FEMA director is now a lobbyist down in New Orleans, gaming for reconstruction funds. In fact, it is Joe Allbaugh, Bush's first FEMA chief, who is doing that. Naturally, Doyle didn't correct her.
This morning I listened to interviews with some NO survivors on This American Life and several people confirmed the paramedics report about the Gretna cops preventing them from leaving NO. The clip isn't up yet but you will be able to download it here.
