Senators Brownback and Durbin were on to talk about the NSA domestic spying scandal and I was encouraged to hear Brownback say that "another set of eyes" were needed to oversee the NSA operation. Brownback also suggested that FISA be amended to provide these additional eyes.

Shammity:

In addition to his now standard attack on Democrats - weak on defense, no plans, losing support of the voters - he also turned his mike on Jimmy Carter, who he blamed for the current situation in Iran.
