In response to the April 6 StarNet letter to the editor from Patty Richardson.

Patty Richardson writes: "If you have a better plan, let's hear it." OK, here's a start. All realtors pay 20 percent of their income for road construction and maintenance. All car dealers pay 20 percent of their income for mass transit. All developers pay 20 percent of their income for police, firemen, schools, water and sewage. All lawyers who aid any of the three groups in evading these payments will be immediately disbarred.
