A day or two ago, a caller to Fats' show brought up the "issue" of Hispanics having a higher reproduction rate than whites and Fats agreed that it was a problem but then - BLAM - got hit with the fact that he's a white guy who doesn't have any children. Much sputtering ensued.

An ad for religious tolerance on a wingnut radio station! I was listening to Slots' show on KVOI and I heard an ad that seemed to strike at the heart of the American fundies. There are two speakers, one who sounds like a Southern redneck who's whining about the need to meld religion and government in America and the other who sounds like an immigrant who points out that he left a place where people had their heads cut off because religion and government WERE melded.
