Matt "The Eggman" Drudge was almost hysterical about North Korea last night. He had Bill Geertz of the Moonie Times on to talk about the "threat" and Geertz suggested that the U.S. might try to shoot down the possible test launch. Normal people are thinking "Shoot it down with what? Our missile defense system that doesn't work in the rain?" but Drudge fans are all het up about a nuclear strike on NK.

Drudge went on to excoriate Matt Lauer for the interview he had with Brittney Spears and I was wondering when Drudge became considerate of others until I realized he was trying to strike back because of Lauer's interview with the Bitch.

Near the end of the program, a caller brought up an allegation about Al Gore from 1988. Supposedly, Al caved in to a polluting company in return for a hefty campaign donation. This guy sounded like a pro so I'm wondering if the WH or RNC sets callers up with Drudge.
