I AM DISAPPOINTED AGAIN

I thought that the recent Plame status revelation would calm down the wingnuts. WRONG.

Here's a half-wit at Protein Wisdom:

Certainly, what was NOT intended is that such a status ought to provide a legal shield for agents who knowingly undertake a disinformation campaign aimed at discrediting an administration that prevents the administration from attempting to set the record straight.

The law is blind to what the undercover officer may or may not have done.

Sort of like outing an undercover agent?

She outed herself – is that a felony?

I've said this many times. Look at the Wilson/Plame wedding announcements
and stories in D.C newspapers, notably the Post. Joe Wilson's marriage was
socially a big hairy deal. The descriptions of the bride's background and
employment blew Plame's cover. NFW was she covert after that.
