CHENEY IS EVERYWHERE!!!

I know people have been joking around about Cheney being the real President and I didn't take it very seriously but now I'm starting to think that Fredo is just a figurehead. Via The Carpetbagger Report, I just learned that the DOJ guidelines for restricting communcations between the WH and the DOJ were declared inoperable when it came to the VP and his counsel.
