WAR FOR THEE BUT NOT FOR ME

When Slots Bennett was talking with Victor Davis Hanson, he mentioned that a high school coach showed the movie "300" for his team. Slots' knew this because his son, a senior, was on the team. Slots went on to say (my own transcription):
They're young men. This kind of thing touches them and moves them. They want something to live for and even, if they have to, to die for.

Bennett has another son who was recently graduated from Princeton and as far as I know, neither of his sons have any plans to join the military and pursue the war Bennett so strongly backs. In this, he is no different from most of the other war whores, such as Mitt Romney.
