WAR VIGIL IN FRONT OF KYL'S OFFICE

MoveOn organized anti-war vigils across the country and in Tucson, Cheri S. led us to protest in front of Sen. Kyl's Tucson office, 6840 N. Oracle Road. About 60-70 people showed up and one woman made about a dozen great signs. Before dusk, we stood by the side of Oracle and displayed our signs to the passing motorists. There were a fair number of supportive honks and at dusk, we lit candles and broke up into smaller groups of about 1o each. We then took turns reading the number of soldiers killed and their hometowns for every 2 week period beginning January 1st this year.

The local FOX affiliate showed up but I don't know if there was any other coverage.
