FAUX NO LIKEE SALLY

Via ThinkProgress, I learned that FAUX censored Sally Field's acceptance speech at the Emmy Awards. Here's what FAUX, the war whore network, thought was offensive:

“If mothers ruled the world, there would be no –” But the Fox Emmycast cut off her sound and pointed the camera away from the stage, silencing the rest of her sentence: “god-damned wars in the first place.”

What's odd about this is that her remark WOULD NOT have resulted in an FCC fine.
