While the wingnuts are foaming about the MoveOn ad, Ahmadinejad and other assorted "outrages," Iraq is still falling apart.
From the LA Times we learn that a leader of the Mahdi Army has been assassinated, leading to sectarian reprisals in a once peaceful section of Baghdad. From the AP we learn that Prime Minister Maliki said that "When U.S. contractors shoot at Iraqi citizens or U.S. troops arrest guests of the government from Iran, that is 'unacceptable.'"
