SOME GOOD NEWS FOR THE RULE OF LAW

No, that's not snark. I was a little optimistic about Sen. Reid standing up to Fredo and his GOP minions and now from Jane at FireDogLake, I learn that Hillary and Obama will be voting no on cloture so maybe, just maybe, the telcoms won't get immunity for breaking the FISA law. More reactions here.
