Jonathan Chait brings to my attention a good point made by NBC's Ron Allen: Hillary makes contradictory claims about the primaries. On the one hand, she claims that she can win the big states and Obama can't, on the other hand she claims that the Dems will unify in the Fall, so the extended primary battle isn't hurting the party.
If Dems do unify in the Fall, then Obama WILL be able to win the big states, so her claim about being able to win the big states is besides the point.
