Brig. Gen. James L. Huggins Jr., deputy commanding general (maneuver), 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized)/Multi-National Division-Center, Operation Iraqi Freedom to director of operations, readiness and mobilization, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C.
Huggins spoke yet again of "slow but steady progress," the same line we've been hearing for years.
