David "The Dean" Broder writes of the need for bi-partisanship in our foreign policy and praises Senators Biden and Lugar, which is nice enough but Broder complete;y fails to mention the real enemy of bi-partisanship in foreign policy - the neo-conservatives. Broder states that McCain could choose Lugar as his Secretary of State and ignores that fact that Lugar and McWAR have different agendas. McWAR wants to be the tought guy and Lugar wants to be realistic, as Laura points out.
BTW, Broder goes out of his way to write well of Lugar.
