HANNITY BEATING THE DRUM

Yesterday and today, Hannity claimed that oil prices are a "clear and present danger" and also said that we are on the "verge of an energy war." He never said who would be the participants in this war nor whether or not he meant a literal war. If Hannity understands the legal doctrine of "clear and present danger," then he seems to be advocating a restriction on free speech, something his buddy Mark Levin has advocated for quite some time.
