The Mind of Jonah
We pay attention to him because we can't ever quite believe that someone as stupid as he is lacks any awareness of this fact, and that editors keep publishing him and people keep putting him on the teevee.

The problem is not that Jonah gets into the media, the problem is that no one ever gets to rebut him. A comment or an LTE just doesn't cut it when we are dealing with the GOP Noise Machine.
