Foreign policy is supposed to be one of his strong points but his statements about Iraq indicate that he's out of the loop. First he says it's OK by him if we're in Iraq for 100 years when it's well known that the Iraqis want us out. Then he says that the war will be won and we can be out of Iraq by 2013. Just a couple of days ago, he declares that "we've succeeded" in Iraq.
Does McCain know anything about Iraq?
