On his radio show, Hannity tried to defend Palin's reluctance to met with the press by claiming that when Hillary Clinton was still in the race, she never met with a hostile reporter. In fact, she met with a hostile editorial staff at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the paper owned by arch-wingnut Richard Mellon Scaife.
