DICK MORRIS, AUTHOR, "FLEECED": I thought there were really two debates: the economy for the first half and the national security and foreign policy for the second. I thought Obama won the first. I thought McCain won the second.
And overall, since we haven't had a terrorist attack last week but had the economy falling apart, the economy is more important, and I have to say that, unfortunately, I think Obama won this debate.
I would've loved to have seen Hannity's face when Morris said this:
MORRIS: He may have been trying to do that, but I think that his advisors may have said it would be irresponsible. You'd be seen as demagoguing the issue, like Rudy just said.
Frankly, listening to Rudy Giuliani, it emphasized overwhelmingly how the Republican Party nominated the wrong candidate.
