and now it seems he also has a decision-making problem. He apparently chose Palin without the normal vetting, AKA an "impulse buy." Josh Marshall has been keeping up on this and finds that George Stephanopolous has reported that McCain is FINALLY starting to vet Palin. Even Mark Halperin is beginning to ask questions about this choice.
How can a mature adult, ready to lead on Day One, justify picking a VP on impulse?
