PALIN PULLS A ROVE

Before the 2006 election, Rove swore that the GOP would retain control of both houses of Congress. Now that was close to an EPIC FAIL and Caribou makes another outlandish prediction:
“And I hope Joe won’t mind if I paraphrase him some in this state, his home state, Pennsylvania, with your help, we’re going to win this state. I guarantee it,” Palin said to wild applause.

According to Real Clear Politics, Obama/Biden have a 10.7 lead in Pennsylvania and NPR's latest poll of battleground states shows Obama/Biden with a huge lead:
When Democrat Stan Greenberg and Republican Glen Bolger polled likely voters in the same swing states in September, just after the conventions, McCain had a 3-point lead. Now Obama has an eye-popping 11-point advantage.

"The race has broken open," Greenberg says. "Some big things have happened that closed off the campaign that McCain could have run. He's lost independents now, losing them by 12 points. He was the one Republican that could have won them and [is] now losing by double digits."
