UM, DOESN'T THIS SHOW THAT McCAIN IS UNFIT TO BE PRESIDENT?

There have been earlier reports that McCain can't seem to run his own campaign and now war whore William "The Bloody" Kristol advises McCain to basically dump his current campaign:

The McCain campaign, once merely problematic, is now close to being out-and-out dysfunctional. Its combination of strategic incoherence and operational incompetence has become toxic.

You don't fire all the players because the manager is incompetent and if the manager is incompetent, you don't promote him.
