7 YEARS LATER & WE STILL DON'T GET IT

The 12/18/2008 edition of the BBC Radio's World Servive program ASSIGNMENT presented a depressing picture of the situation in Afghanistan. We apparently still don't understand their culture and worse, the locals are so tired of violence that they would accept anything that would stop it, even a return of the Taliban.
