HUCKABEE CONTRADICTS SCALIA

On what I assume is a re-broadcast of Janet Parshall's America (WRFD-AM), he just said that the PEOPLE were the ultimate authority in America, not the government. Scalia said in court that the ultimate authority was God. I know this isn't big news but I like to find fissures in the Fundie movement.
