In fact, Section 9302 prohibits the use of funds for "modernization, renovation, or repair of facilities ... used for sectarian instruction, religious worship, or a school or department of divinity ... or in which a substantial portion of the functions of the facilities are subsumed in a religious mission. [emphasis added]." Thus, it does not prohibit money being spent on facilities that "allow 'religious worship' " in Corbin's words.

ANOTHER DAY, MORE WINGNUT LIES
Fats Limbaugh continues to lie about the stimulus bill before Congress and Hannity is no better. Media Matters has the goods on these two masters of agit-prop but that won't stop them from peddling the lies. Today, Fats repeated the lie that ACORN is slated to get over $4 billion and tried to push the notion that the bill is anti-religion because it prohibits construction funds for buildings which have a primarily religious function. Media Matters also debunks this lie:
