HUH?

On Howard Beale's TV show, Wayne LaPierre, an executive vice president of the NRA, made this statement:

"The NRA is one of the largest law enforcement organizations in the country."

The NRA simply isn't a "law enforcement organization" but Howard didn't question LaPierre.
