Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-Loons) is a source of amusement for many. Her latest gaffe had two parts: 1) She described the Hawley-Smoot tariff as "Hoot-Smalley"; 2) She claimed FDR signed the bill (Hoover did).
This morning on the Stephanie Miller Show, David Shuster of MSNBC said that people at his network were preparing a highlight reel of her greatest goofs. This will be a collector's item!
