CHANGES

I've been trying to figure out why our Fundies only seem to abide by some of the Biblical mandates even though Jesus said (Matt 5:17-18, New Revised Standard Version):

5:17
"Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.
5:18
For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.

Here's just one of the many mandates from God that they ignore (Leviticus 3:17, New Revised Standard Version):

3:17
It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations, in all your settlements: you must not eat any fat or any blood.
