HERE'S WHY PELOSI WAS NERVOUS

At her press conference, several people, especially wingnuts, noticed that Speaker Pelosi seemed nervous and a bit disorganized. I think I know why: She came out with grounds for a criminal investigation of Bush and Cheney. Here's the relevant part of the transcript (h/t Ali Frick at Think Progress):
We also now know that techniques including waterboarding had already been employed and that those briefing me had given me inaccurate and incomplete information. At the same time the Bush administration…was misleading the American people about the threat of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

This accusation is exactly what many of us think is true and why we were very disappointed when Pelosi took impeachment proceedings "off the table."
