MAYBE WE SHOULD ENCOURAGE THIS?

A lot of the wingnut gasbags are urging people not to complete or even fill out the census form. Perhaps this would be good for liberals because I assume that most of the idiots who will follow them will live in red states and by not participating, they will lower the population numbers for re-districting.
