This is also close to something I recall Laura Ingraham saying at one of Hannity's Freedom Concerts although she used another term: "Let's take our culture back." The wingers seem to think and feel that the Evul Libruls have stolen the Real America from the Real Americans, to use Caribou Barbie's words and I don't think they'll ever be satisfied because the Golden Age they imagine not only never existed, it can't exist in today's world.
