I HAVE TO GIVE THE NY TIMES SOME CREDIT

Instead of resorting to the usual "he said - she said" reporting on a lie from the GOP Noise Machine, the Times not only acknowledged that the lie really is a lie, it also tracked down the sources. In this case, the "death panel" agit-prop seems to have started at the Washington Times, the American Spectator and Betsy McCaughey.
