So I'm glad to learn that Gabrielle Giffords supports a public option.

Giffords: Too soon to settle on a plan for health care

When it comes to national health-care reform, U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords said she has not committed her support to one bill.

But she said she supports a public-option plan that would allow all Americans, including those with pre-existing health conditions, to have health insurance. A single-payer plan is not a realistic option, she said.
