IS TEXAS REALLY THAT GOOD FOR DOCTORS?
Today, I heard a radio winger claim that doctors are flocking to Texas because of the cap on malpractice awards. Kaiser keep tracks of a lot of medical data and it turns out that they better continue to flock just to get the the national average. Per 1000 people, Texas has 2.5 non-Federal physicians and the U.S. average is 3.3.
