PERHAPS A NEW STUPID RECORD

One commenter on a Politico thread posted part of this article:
California Family Will Sue Medical Insurer for Delaying a Potentially Lifesaving Surgery

One of the conservative Pollyanna's boldly replied:
I would never allow an insurance company to dictate how to treat my seventeen-year-old daughter. Life and death decisions are made by parents all the time, and money has absolutely NOTHING to do with it. As my wise grandfather always said, the money will be there when it is needed.

Blaming an Insurance Company for the death of this child is not only irrational, but reprehensible.
