HERE I TRY TO LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE

Atrios asks why Sen. Kent Conrad (D-ND) is such a spineless tool and I'm hoping it's because the Senate Democrats are trying to show that they've really, really tried to work with the Republicans on health care but Pubs weren't willing to compromise. I think that paves the way for a clear conscience when (if?) the Dems push though reform by using the reconciliation process.
