US VS. THEM

Many others have noted that some of the anger about Pres. Obama is due to the feeling that the programs he's supporting provide aid to undeserving people who are NOT like the people who are angered. In some cases, this amounts to a latent racism against black and brown people, in others it's the result of a fanatical belief in the Free Market Fairy. Tonight I'm listening to a re-broadcast of a Michael Medved show and in the current segment, his big issue is that the homeless can beg on the streets. Other than prohibiting this, he offers no solution to the problems of the homeless.
