THE HUCKSTER'S IN TROUBLE

The tragic executions of 4 police officers in Lakewood have moved some of the wingers to point a finger at Mike Huckabee.
Hot Air: It’s the second time that a man granted clemency by Mike Huckabee over the objections of prosecutors has committed a violent act that would have been prevented otherwise.

NRO: Update: 3:29 p.m.: This isn't the first time Huckabee's use of clemency has led to tragic consequences. In 1996 and 1997, Huckabee's administration apparently went above and beyond standard operating procedure (and perhaps legality) in securing the parole of convicted rapist Wayne DuMond, who was finally released in 1999. DuMond raped and murdered a Missouri woman shortly thereafter.

Malkin:This disaster is just one of Huckabee’s ill-considered clemency legacies.

Remember Wayne Dumond?
